3. How Long We Keep Your Data

User accounts: until you delete your account, then max. 90 days in backups.
Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
Contact requests: 2 years from receipt.
Payment data: statutory retention period (10 years under Portuguese tax law); card details remain with Stripe.
Google Analytics: 14 months (default setting).
Security logs: 30 days.

Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — Meta Pixel / conversion measurement (Ireland/USA, consent-only; EU Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable)

Data processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR) are in place with all processors.

5. Sharing With Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the processors listed above and when required by law.

Travel partner links and Travelpayouts

On event and area pages we show links to flights, accommodation and activities. These are advertising links via Travelpayouts and, for accommodation, Stay22 (links to Booking.com, Expedia, Vrbo and similar sites; Stay22 privacy policy); if you book through them, we receive a commission and your price does not change. The links send no personal data from this site; the booking site and Travelpayouts process data only after you click. With your consent to marketing cookies (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), the Travelpayouts Drive script also loads, which can turn travel links into partner links and show matching offers; it may set cookies to attribute bookings. 6. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

Access (Art. 15): know what data we hold about you.
Rectification (Art. 16): correct inaccurate data.
Erasure (Art. 17): the “right to be forgotten”.
Restriction (Art. 18): halt processing while data is disputed.
Portability (Art. 20): receive your data in a machine-readable format.
Object (Art. 21): to processing based on legitimate interest.
Withdraw consent (Art. 7(3)): at any time, for future processing.
